2 orders from them, for both I requested sample packs but did not receive.

I haven't ordered from Love Scent for ages but man can't believe they'd be so stingy as not to give out a few free samples. Never got anything free from those guys though, so perhaps its not their policy.

Well they have them as an item to add to cart for 1 cent.
First time I thought they just forgot, oh well shit happens.
Second time i think they dont give a rats ass.

I´d always get the free sample packets ...

just had to throw them into my cart ... one Cent not really counts ..

They never left out my samples when i purchased stuff from them few years ago. I think it was 2-3 times. Maybe they ran out of samples?

A couple of months ago they had a campaign: "Order for $10+ today and you'll get a Master/Mistress sample for free".
I made a big order, above $200 and even included in the notes that I requested the Master sample...

I did not get the sample.
Big disappointment.

I sent an e-mail and asked something like "Did you run out of samples or forget it? Can you send it with my next order?".

No answer.

They SUCK at customer service!


But hey, at least the products work and they always arrive.

I never judge a company based off whether they give free things. I might be pissed if their customer service sucks. Every company should be able to do 3 basic things:

1) Have a decent workable product.. live up to their claims.
2) Customer service: cover the basics of selling and getting a product to you
3) Doing a followup on customer service for a refund or replacement or shipping error
if things go wacky.
