Hi folks, well I just got New Pheromone Additive in the mail taking advantage of a coupon I found and got the 15ml bottle. From my understanding you are supposed to mix this with your own cologne.

My question is: Is it really necessary to mix it with a cologne?

Also...Is it okay to simply get a drop directly from the bottle and apply it to yourself?

Very curious on how the other New Pheromone Additive users use it.

LOL...thanks buddy I guess then getting a drop on your finger is fine. Unless anyone else has a suggestion?

I'm a 7 month veteran of the products Edge and New Pheromone Additive. You may not need a cover with one drop, but my standard dosage for New Pheromone Additive is 2 dabs directly to my neck from the bottle itself. I used to cover it with Joop! but now I'm leaning more toward Ed Hardy Love and Luck as I get compliments from wearing it and sometimes Joop! gives me a headache even though the girls seem to love that cover.

On my next date or night out I'm going to mix it with TL lol

In case you dont understand the "dabbing method of New Pheromone Additive", I'll explain it here.

Since New Pheromone Additive is alcohol-based in a dropper bottle, it wont dispense well like other oil based pheromones. It will just pour out in large amounts and will be very messy.

Hence the guys here use the dabbing method, which is just basically put your finger to cover the hole, flip the bottle once, then use it to dab Once you are used to it, you will know how much pressure to apply to get the precise amount.

I feel like a dope for leaving that part out , thanks for clearing it up. Although I forgot to mention I got the smaller bottle that came along with the New Pheromone Additive/Androstenone Pheromone Concentrate combo deal that they offer over at love scent. It allows me to just take the whole dang bottle and dab it on my neck, with no mess, no fuss, and no OD...

That's is exactly what happened to me today when I tried "dabbing it" basically more than just a 'drop' came out.

Question: I thought using your finger to cover the hole may contaminate the New Pheromone Additive formula.

Any thoughts?

lol you probably didnt cover the hole well .

Dirt and Oil on your hands probably wont contribute much to the New Pheromone Additive formula lolololololololol.

I may be wrong cause I'm not really experienced, but this doesn't make sense for me.
I mean, the only thing that maybe could get from your finger into the bottle would be body fat or skin particles if your hands are clean.
If this could in some way "harm" the formula, then New Pheromone Additive would not work on your skin as well.

Btw thanks for explaining the dabbing method, maybe that's why it didn't really work for me. I've been using the pipette to drop it to my neck (not the cleanest method at all, always go something on my clothes...).

Btt: Most of the members here told me that you don't need to mix it and that it in fact works better if you don't.

i´ve never read over at LoveScent and on PheroTalk and on our board that there occured problems with contamined New Pheromone Additive..

consider that it´s Alcohol . you can put a lot into that thing and it won´t go bad ..

using a pipette to apply is good as well .. only don´t dillute it ..
