Yep, you read it right! Michigan has issed a state order and is going to start killing pigs and arresting those that own or breed them.

I would not have believed this if I didn't also read the Order issued by the state!

WTF. What an unreal story.

WTF? Is it because the invasive species are bad in some way? This sounds crazy.

Feral pigs are a problem in a lot of states.

Theres a few reality shows that document feral pig hunters. Michigan may be going extreme but there are concerns about these pigs if they escape.

Combine the genetics of domestic pigs where size is the goal with the aggressive nature of a wild boar and you have a recipie for trouble.
