Love's Loopy Logic

Encounters with the opposite sex skew our psyches in such a special way that reason and bias climb right into bed with each other. In this mode, it sometimes pays to deceive ourselves. Welcome to the paradoxical world of mating intelligence.

Interesting article Bella. Thanks for sharing.
Is it weird that I don't find myself in any of the male categories mentioned in the article? -_-

Is it weird? No, I don't think so but then I already know you're not your average bear. ![[Image: wink.gif]](http://pherotruth.com/images/smilies/wink.gif) I think there's room for exceptions to the rule. We don't all fit snuggly into each category but there are enough characteristics of each, in all of us, to form an aggregate. If it makes you feel any better, I'm somewhat atypical too.

That's not necessarily a bad thing. Thinking she's into you can give you the confidence to go for it. Hopefully, she actually is into you.

We have a tendency to be hardest on ourselves. Try talking to yourself like you'd talk to your best friend. Seriously, put that dialog in your head instead of what you usually tell yourself. Think about it, most of us would pitch ourselves to the curb if we spoke to our friends like we do ourselves.

Hmm, are ya really gonna make me go... there? ![[Image: rolleyes.gif]](http://pherotruth.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif) I'll save it for your journal...

Yeah, that's true.

Bella, that is great advice. You're right, if I spoke to my friends like I do to myself sometimes, I would probably not have any friends left...well, maybe one or two secret masochistics..
But then there's the idea of hardcore discipline towards achieving an ultimate goal. Only you can provide that kind of strict discipline to yourself.
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma... which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."
