Can't remember how many orders over the years, and i have a reasonable stash (about 20 bottles + 30 odd trials) of LPMP products and never had a problem with shipping.

You may be better off wearing nutella, maybe some chick might want to lick it off

Well........then someone in this situation is lying.

Also, just as an outside viewer here, there are several parts of this thread that do not make LPMP look good. Using a party as an excuse for not getting back to a customer........not a great way to run a business.

Then you asked "still no update?" on the 17th, which scenthound followed with a response on the 18th.........then nothing from you until today. This does not help your case.........a week is just too long if you really care about the situation.

My guess would be that she was giving ScentHound the chance to update the thread before coming on again. I have dealt with LPMP in the past and they have always tried to deal directly with the customer before going the public shaming route that certain individuals have gone.

That makes sense......but the pattern of waiting to get back to a customer doesn't look good here.

Again, there is a member representing LPMP who has an opportunity to present their side......but so far all we've seen is "I heard....." from said member.

Bottom line, either Scenthound is lying or LPMP screwed up.

I asked to give him the chance to respond. I do actually know the whole story here and thus far it's not been told. But my hands are also tied as my boss prefers not to engage in public flame threads. So let me be clear. There was a response. There were refunds. Also worth noting is that we subsidize part of all international shipping. He was charged around $13 but we paid over $25. Thank you to all of you that have told your positive experiences. I only responded at all because it was promised that this thread would be updated. It was not. I am not even here as a representative of LP. Just as a longtime member wishing that the truth would be told.

No company/business in this world can please everyone. Although reading the last page, it seems you got the refund you were requesting.

Even though I could understand your frustration for not being refunded (I would have been annoyed too), I do not agree with the level of bashing. You could have easily made your point across without being aggressive by using terms such as "swindlers" and "warn others about this company".

There's nothing to warn. This company is legit. I ordered from Love Potion 3 times and I'm still planning on ordering more in the future. Halo has always been prompt to reply whether by PMing her or by e-mailing the customer service e-mail. Mara has also been generous whether with giveaways here and there (I don't recall other vendors doing that) or including samples.

You may call this white-knight but it's actually customers who are standing behind the company; which is a proof of the positive reputation it has built. So for any member who has never ordered from LP and is now wondering, there's nothing to worry about.
