Just a head's up for anyone thinking about ordering from these people:

I'm in Europe, so I ordered a full bottle of one of their products, waited a month without any sign of the order.

After 1 month had passed, I emailed LPMP again, asking POLITELY if there was any news of my order. They told me it can take up to 2 months with USPS to Europe (OK, never had to wait THAT long on any other items ordered from the US, but whatever).

THEN I get an email from LPMP telling me my package had been returned to them, unclaimed. Would I like to have it re-shipped and pay 13 USD AGAIN for this favor?

Well, I told the customer rep: 'actually NO. It's hard to 'claim' a package that you are never notified about, and since LPMP choose to only offer USPS' shit discount package delivery with zero tracking how the hell am I supposed to know where my package even is?'

Then the guy tells me I was probably just too lazy to pick up my package from the post office and whatever happens once their product leaves their facility isn't their problem. (No shit, Sherlock, yeah it's MY problem, because I ended up paying 13 USD to have a package shipped to me, but never actually GOT THE DAMN THING!)

Fuck this company. I'm not throwing my money after such an unprofessional outfit again. NOT ONCE have I been stiffed like this, not from ANY other pheromone company and I have bought stuff from lots of different vendors before, with zero issues.

facepalm I can completely relate with your feelings, how can one pick up a package they don't even know is at the post office?! Tracking would be a big plus for International orders. Based on my LPMP purchases and other vendors I'd almost expect them to simply reship your package free of charge.

If leadership gets word of that customer service rep they'd be doing themselves a favor by removing him from their company. I've only had pleasant experiences with LPMP from a female staffer via email. LPMP had also gone above my expectations and gave me a nice surprise on my most recent purchase. I reside in the US though.

Hey ,

Have you got refund with shipping price?

Try to contact higher ups. Customer reps are bad. They don't understand a thing about the business. They just parrot things. Contacting someone senior and explaining them the situation is much more helpful.

No, they only refunded me the price of the product, I was stuck with the shipping fee.

I would gladly have paid for shipping with FedEx or UPS, since they track all packages and require recipients to sign for the item upon delivery...

But apparently, LPMP makes enough money off shipping with the famously unreliable USPS in stead, plus they believe it's not their responsibility what happens with their product once it leaves the LPMP premises, so who cares about the paying customers (let alone repeat business), right..?

I'm sticking with vendors who offer shipping with FedEx or UPS, unfortunately that's the only way around getting ripped off by unscrupulous companies like LPMP.

I've had some issues with the mail service losing my package. LPMP has always been prompt and generous with just reshipping me a new bottle with no cost to me. I've only had great customer service. I'm sorry it's not the same experience for you.
