), but i'll stick to hormones that makes u look more opened/honest.
I blame my phobia for my bad socialization, but I want to believe there is a hormone that isn't secreted enough for me to be looked as more approachable to the others. Just a theory.
It's said that lifting weights releases endorphins in your brain, well thats absolutely true. I also used to take vitamin, minerals and other supplements, no steroids, thought i'm temped to use estrogen and progesterone like u said to see if it makes any difference. As for the brain hormones, I use meds from the SSRI class, but they mostly act as to keep the depression at a bearable level.
