Great suggestions, Kmacc45. Chris is the master behind his products, therefore he understands his blends,the differences in diffusions etc. He does wish to provide us with the best products based on our environment, situational use... Therefore the reason that he has created 3 different blends of a known effective product, Glace.

I, for one, am very happy to have these options. I currently have original Glace, and in a couple of weeks I will have the Alcohol/DPG blend as well. I do not typically require something to have lasting effects of 6 hours or more, therefore the 'fast burn' will be great for the cooler weather, and when summer is here the original will be perfect. Or possibly a few sprays of each in concert with each other.

I understand what Chris is saying one thing is to hear criticism and but when something you created gets called "horrible" now that is a whole new level.
Getting mentally/physically tired from using mones i don't believe to be horrible i have gotten tired when wearing other products from other vendors.
When i hear horrible i think of maybe destroyed friendships, fights, people being rude due to Pheromones, etc.
I guess maybe some people had very high expectations of Glace.
The times i have used Glace i have always seen it working for me.

I agree with you.
I was also disappointed that Chris was blamed because he made a very slight change to the Glace formula at some point, and before he even releases the product to the general public. He was kind enough to offer it for testing so that people get involved in it. Other vendors we know change their formulas all the time, usually just to cut their costs and don't care a shit about informing the public, not only mones vendors but in all areas. And if there is a couple of people who complain, they will not care AT ALL about them. They just focus on the mass of people they are selling to, and they focus on cutting their costs.

Chris is very transparent and honest about all the modifications that he did in good faith, willing to improve his product. He reacts very quickly by addressing any issue and complaint coming to him and share with us all the information he has. He tries to make everyone happy. I would like Chris to continue like this. But his transparency and honesty should not be used against him at some point. This would just be unfair.

Yeah. #1 Customer Service hands down.

But this is another lesson that slight changes can make a big difference !

Hrm... Now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder what version of Glace I have, I got it Feb 2012, Vday sale.

Is it the original, Slowburn? I'm confused !

There is a 99.999999999 % chance that you have the slow burn, Chris has indicated that this version will remain an available choice until the stocks run out.

Thanks Terry, that's what I thought but I wasn't entirely sure.

Don't sweat it buddy, you make great products and have a loyal fanbase. It's clear you go above and beyond what's necessary to keep people happy, you've got solid customer service, seemingly much better than most of your competition.

Just keep doing what you're doing.

The point is simple.

Chris was well intentioned,he has done his best for permanent improvement and xxx was surprised that he was not informed from beginning.Its a problem of comunication.xxx has nothing with Chris personally as far as I can see.
