"Get Ride of Anxiety in a Month" Experiment

Just found this on the net, when Googling about balancing brain hemispheres:


"...ever since I started juggling, I have basically zero anxiety.
I can still feel depressed and have other issues, but there is one extremely simple technique which gets rid of anxiety incredibly fast for those who do not have time and energy for anything greater.

The result is also a pronounced feeling of relaxation and being centered in oneself.

It is very simple. Take some small ball or a round object (you can also make a paper ball out of a sheet of paper, A4 format), close your eyes and begin tossing the ball from one hand to the other. In a nice slow rhythmical pattern.

If it falls, pick it up and go on.

I guarantee to you that if you do this 10 minutes every day, in a month, anxiety will be unfamliar to you. As a bonus, you brain will retain the pattern for once and all.

Why?

Cause this is by far the best thing to synchronize your brain hemispheres, which effectively stops anxiety from happening.
I have tried dozens of them, and this is the best and simplest.

There is an ongoing research behind that which I am currently studying, because human brain is my hobby, but I will not bother you with it here: I believe in experiencing sometimes more than analyzing.

You mean we must do the juggling with a closed eyes? How many round objects? Sounds difficult to pull it off man.

A teacher once used to ask if we could do this thing: point index fingers at eachother, and move one in a circular motion clockwise, and the other anti clockwise... they would meet in the middle then cross paths again at the top.

The funny thing about these things is they affect our brain regardless of the efficiency and dexterity one posses.

What it means is that a half-blind senior with shaking Parkinson hands can juggle one ball and his brain will derive the same healing effects as that of someone who handles 6 balls at the same time in all the fancy difficult patterns.

Blindfolding yourself while doing these things shifts the locus even more to the motoric centre and forces even greater synchronization of hemispheres.

I not only get peaceful when doing these, I also get very creative and fluid. Whole and centered.

A lot of issues then just naturally fall away...

I noticed that juggling one ball blindfolded is slowly making its way into wider recognition as an incredibly effective technique to eliminate anxiety."
