Make a tea mixing:
Bayberry bark – 1 tsp
Grated ginger root – 1 tsp
Cayenne powder – ½ tsp
Boiling water – 1 cup
Let it sit for 20 minutes.

Ha am glad you mentioned Cayenne pepper, my bro swears by a mix of 1 tsp of Cayenne and 1 tsp of Apple Cider vinegar mixed in water. He's the only one who hasn't got a cold and he's slimmed down as a result. He says its a superfood

@Rattlesnake the Apple Cider Vinegar needs to be raw & unfiltered to be considered a superfood. If you try to buy the generic grocery store kind, you probably won't see the results you're looking for.
