Eating after certain time?
07-12-2011 3:02 AM

Hey...
"With my diet I need to get 6 meals in and unfortunately on this diet there are no meal replacement shakes. That would make my life easier. My question is this the last meal of the day is 7oz of eye of round steak would it be too late to eat that if I ate say around midnight? I usually go to sleep around 2 am

Sure with your good metabolism you will have it well saughted out within two hours and you should sleep well, just keep the carbs down close to bedtime and you will stay in great shape.

It is a pheromone forum, but he's posting in the Health, Fitness, and Well-Being sub forum. & there aren't any rules against that. In fact, unless he starts mucking about in other members threads, or posting spam links, IDK what the issue is?

My apologies, I was referring to him generally posting about workout stuff and no pheromone related posts up to this point rather than this post specifically. I didn't check the forum he posted in. I'll edit my post Smile

You shouldn't eat within 2 hrs of bed but if you go to bed at 2 I guess that's fine. You should really go to bed earlier though, for growth hormone purposes.

If it comes down to it, the blender is a wonderful kitchen appliance, especially if you need to get a lot of nutrients. Ever tried green vegetable juicing? Or is that out, too? just add some salt water + steak sauce or whatever and hit the button... I don't know if you'll be absolutely repulsed by the texture. But it will make you digest things faster.

... 2 hours should be a good amount of time for the average person, though. So you could probably just savor the sucker.
