Stress and depression are factors which badly effects our life.They can't be controlled completely.Depression can be minimize through certain actions.Here are some easy tips to reduce depression.
Have balance diet,don't skip meal.
Adopt cardiovascular fitness routine for reliving stress.
Set simple goals in your daily work.
Use simple ways to achieve your targets.
Stay motivated,every thing can be possible in this world.
Yoga is so good for health as well as relieving stress.
Take proper sleep.
