Actually reducing caffeine and refined sugar is the one reason I feel so much healthier in past weeks. I was downing 6 cups a day and had high bp. My bp is dropping now to healthier levels.

Adding 20 min of cardio 3xweek in addition to my weight training is also making me feel more energized.

Same with adding MRPS.

Caffeine is a drug. I limit to 2 cups/day with 2 teaspoons sugar. Victory hangs in the balance. Moderation.

As far as no motivation maybe you’re depressed have poor sleep, low T or neurotransmitter burnout from using mones too often. Take a break from mones and come back to them in a few weeks.

maybe smoke a joint?

I used to smoke more, now i smoke maybe once a month, but i notice it almost always changes my outlook for the better. Not sure why, but i feel more open and connected to the world when i use it, and the effects carry on with me even once i've sobered up.

Its still a drug, so i'm against using it on a regular basis, but on occasion.. it can be a good thing.

I'm not a doctor, but personally I wouldn't rule out medical conditions like hypothyroidism or low testosterone before chalking it up to age.

A while back I felt similar and got blood work done on a hunch, my thyroid hormone levels were way off.

Do regular bloodwork, check your hormones/thyroid and vit D levels. Are you chronically stressed?Too many possibilities including cfs, anhedonia, depression or simply too much glutamate from chronic stress. How is your sleep?Do you have IBS?

They've done studies you know...60% of the time, it works every time

Red Bull is actually pretty unique in this regard, as it also contains Taurine which helps store sugar (glycogen).

Also, using activated charcoal (1 Tbsp mixed in a glass of juice) a few times per week can help get rid of problematic bacteria, which can cause a huge range of symptoms including fatigue.

I drink coffee strait without sugar. I you suggesting I add sugar?

Me just feel like playing video games and chillin.

relaxin, not thinkin and gettin fat.

As fun as they are, was thinking of taking a break from the mones.

Is it just old age or possibly pheromone usage?

Any unconventional advice to break the rut?

You need to provide more info. What's your lifestyle like. Do you do any drugs? Taking supplements? Smoking weed? Are you going through a hardship? The possibilities are infinite. Provide more information.

I found the unbelievable (fake) status I could obtain by applying pheromones reduced my drive to obtain real status. The huge dopamine rush, and head state change, is a contributing factor too.

Having the courage to not make hitting on girls creepy is all you need.

Coffee without sugar triggers adrenaline, so I would definitely add sugar.
