Not sure if its the pheromones so
was hoping to get some advice from
senior members on the subject.

Have learned, and advanced and worked me whole life.
But recently hit a block.
Dont wanna work, think, learn anything new, workout,
Or even mow the lawn.

Me just feel like playing video games and chillin.
Could see meself just stranded on an island
relaxin, not thinkin and gettin fat.

As fun as they are, was thinking of taking a break from the mones.

Is it just old age or possibly pheromone usage?

Any unconventional advice to break the rut?

Caffeine has been known to increase metabolism and improve mood/motivation when taken with enough sugar.

Red Bull is actually pretty unique in this regard, as it also contains Taurine which helps store sugar (glycogen).

Also, using activated charcoal (1 Tbsp mixed in a glass of juice) a few times per week can help get rid of problematic bacteria, which can cause a huge range of symptoms including fatigue.

Just take a break, mones help you, but you should be able to do whatever without mones also.

Do you know if your testosterone levels are low?
1. A really good multivitamin
2. A solid workout plan
3. Meditation
4. Matcha green tea
5. Always take a break from wearing pheromones

I don't want to speak for thelaw specifically but the scientist behind those views about sugar and caffeine is here:

He is controversial but there is so much we don't know about the human body, it's worth examining different ideas in my opinion.
