So what about it guys and girls? Ribbed? Baggy Tip? Mint? Urethane? And what about glycerin, silicone, aloe, or organic carrageenan?

My personal picks are Trojan magnums, I tried the enz blue pack but there was not enough girth room and they pinch. The Magnums are great for me, but find with the standard magnums too thick, so magnum thin are my pick. Couple that with a C-ring which I feel is a must when wearing a condom not only to maintain but also to gain for a bit of sensativity lost.


As for lube, This is a must even when going skin to skin with a trusted tested partner.

Uh. Thin. The thinner the better, which is kinda of a moot point cause I'm an idiot a lot of the times and have unprotected sex. But yeah thin is the way to go, just keep a spare handy incase it tears.

As far as lube goes I've never used it in the bedroom. Don't most girls come supplied with their own lube? I've been with a few girls that were fairly dry after a little foreplay, but I figured they just weren't that into it. Are there some women where lube is required?

Yes. Some women do not lube enough even if they are fully aroused.

And with condoms it is a good idea to lube anyway to keep them from tearing.

Just be sure you use a good water based product, since all oils will very rapidly weaken the latex of a condom and virtually guarantee a tear.

Diane is 100% right. Safe sex guidelines encourage you to put a drop (one drop!) of lube in the tip of the condom before rolling it on, even if it's a pre lubed condom. It keeps air out of the tip which is a major casue of breakage. It also feels a helluva lot better. I know a couple of companies make single use packets of lube that can be kept with your condoms. Very sanitary and convienient. This is actually why I put both in the thread, a little lube inside and a little more outside make using condoms much less weird for both people.

We never used condoms much. I was on the pill since I was 17. The only time I went off was when I planned my two boys and now just recently because I got tired of it. My husband took care of the birth control on his end this time and got snipped.

Lube we use once in a while. Mostly for fun though LOL

I do have a supply of condoms in the house in the linen closet. I have two sons and we want them to be prepared just in case. Since we are pretty open about sex in this family and because of the profession I was going into before the postal service offered me a deal I couldnt refuse LOL . They pretty much know the drill and are over prepared.

That's why I used the icon...I was campaigning for Reagan in 1980 (18yrs old) and you are quite right. My girlfriend at the time always seemed to be horniest during Sunday School too.
