Thundr has always been very responsive to me over email (listed on the Apex site). Try again: maybe the previous emails hit the Spam bucket, and your PM got missed or *something* happened.

I make an order on 04 Dec, i have PM thundr and send an email for confirmation.
But i haven't heard anything about my order until now nor any reply from thundr.

I just want to know about my order status. What should i do? Any suggestion??

2 possible scenarios for the delay based on my own experiences with Apex:

1) Thundr held the delivery as he is cooking up a new product and he would like to include a sample of this new product when he ships his order to you. This happened to me before and I appreciate the delay.

2) Depending on your location, the USPS system takes time to deliver the goods, especially if you are far from the U.S.

Thundr cannot reply all the time, but he does when he can. The important thing is that the goods arrived in good condition.

I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect that a product is shipped out within 48hrs of purchase on business days, and that the tracking number is provided when item is shipped. Furthermore, all vendors should respond to emails within 24hrs unless it is a weekend or holiday.

Did you try your paypal account? Apex usually posts the tracking number there.

Am with the positive side of the members too. I've ordered a few products on apex Web site and I got ALL of the purchases received in PERFECT condition.

To Australia brisbane it takes roughly about a week and a half for the whole transaction.

Hello funkytribe,

Your order was placed on Sunday Dec 4.

Monday Dec 5 your order was processed (along with other orders that come in over the weekend) into our database.

December 6-7 order was filled. She was about to send it out night the 7th but I personally held the order so I could double check a PM you sent to us inquiring about a sample and requested cover scents.

Dec 8 order was customized in house to meet customer requirements and sent out same day to USPS.


As of the morning of 12/12/16 your order tracking says it has left the USA and is "in transit to destination"

Hard for me to predict shipping times during the holiday seasons but on average you should expect it around Dec 19-23.

I can PM you an additional order tracking number in case the spam filter ate it or it was misplaced.

Hello Thundr.

I dont understand properly, cause I am new here, but it seems that ''you'' are Apex, or somehow you talk here in the name of Apex.

On my email conversation, I have had talked with Jinn and Mike.

And have a very strange problem with purchase at Apex.

So, please, Thundr, help me solve this if you can.

Couple of days ago, I did pay with paypal for Orbital.

Then I Send email with a few questions about delivery address, Jinn didnt understand me properly but thanks god, Mike replies and understand everything, I reply to him that everything is ok, that we have deal done. So everything went fine till the next day.

The next day I got refund from apex, they blocked my email address, so everytime I tried to send email back, I got ''meassage that the email cannot be delivered''.

I was so confused, why did they refund me, why they didnt send me Orbital ?

I write another two emails from the other email address of mine, and I got NO answer.

So, now, Thundr, please could you explain to me what is going on ?

Send me PM and I can send to you alll the conversations and My email, that you can see for which purchase I am talking about, but I am sure that if you ask Jinn or Mike that they will know, because I am sure that they dont have many cases such as mine is these days.
